WHAT TASKS CAN YOU EXPECT?

• Strategic management and further development of an international real estate portfolio with a focus on logistics and Unternehmensimmobilien
• Responsibility for performance optimization and risk management of the funds under management
• Development and implementation of investment, divestment and ESG strategies based on sound market, location and portfolio analyses
• Management of Luxembourg fund/holding structures (e.g. S.à r.l., SCSp) and their interaction with German SPVs and share deal structures - including quality assurance of accounting/reporting content.
• Coordination and management of AIFM, administrator/accounting service provider, depositary and auditors; ensuring efficient processes
• Content-related participation and coordination in the context of closings/reviews (without formal closing responsibility), incl. plausibility check of significant developments.
• Managing the external valuation (e.g. DCF/residual value), checking the plausibility of key assumptions and tracking valuation and performance drivers.
• Structuring/implementation of liquidity movements (intercompany loans, cash pooling, distribution management) and cash flow forecasts.
• Monitoring waterfall calculations and ensuring consistent cash flow and investor logic across the vehicles.
• Supporting acquisition, development and exit transactions; finance-side controlling of ongoing project developments (budget, cash outflows, project returns) and reviewing the content of construction cost/financing reports in coordination with Controlling.

Preparation of decision-relevant documents/analyses for investors, tax consultants, auditors and management; close cooperation with management on structuring issues and investment solutions.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS DO YOU HAVE?

• Degree in real estate management, economics, finance or a comparable course of study
• Proven experience with SPV structures (regulated and/or unregulated) and historically grown setups
• Practical relevance to Luxembourg structures (S.à r.l., SCSp, Lux HoldCo) and typical service providers/processes (AIFM, Administrator, Depositary, Auditor)
• Good basic understanding of real estate project development and value chain (acquisition, development/construction, completion, exit)
• At least 5 years of professional experience in portfolio, fund management, ideally in an international real estate environment
• Sound knowledge of the institutional fund business and regulatory requirements
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working with strong communication skills
• Strong analytical skills, high degree of entrepreneurial and strategic thinking
• Business fluent in English; other languages an advantage
