We are an owner-managed real estate consulting company with offices in Dresden and Berlin and employ around 50 people within our group of companies. For over 30 years, we have been supporting private and commercial clients throughout Germany in the successful marketing of investment properties - with a particular focus on apartment buildings, residential complexes, office complexes and commercial buildings.
Our service portfolio also includes the sale of properties and land to owner-occupiers, commercial letting, residential letting and property and asset management.
As an established company with an established network, we combine market knowledge, experience and personal advice at the highest level.
What you will do with us
- Acquisition and comprehensive support of demanding clients from various segments - including private investors, family offices, real estate companies, funds and project developers
- Successful and sustainable marketing of all asset classes, in particular apartment buildings, residential complexes and portfolios, commercial properties and development projects in regional and supra-regional locations
- Independently managing and supporting the entire transaction process - from the initial viewing to contract negotiations and the notary appointment
- Carrying out in-depth market and property analyses as well as professional property valuations
- Continuous market observation and strategic expansion as well as maintenance of a resilient customer network
What you bring with you
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the real estate industry
- Sound knowledge of the local and/or national real estate market as well as an established network
- Strong communication skills and a confident manner towards owners, investors and business partners
- High affinity for sales with a clear focus on closing deals
- Structured, independent and goal-oriented way of working
- Strong customer orientation, perseverance and entrepreneurial thinking
- Team spirit, loyalty and a professional self-image
- Good written and spoken English skills
