Employee operating cost management (m/f/d)

HOWOGE Wohnungsbaugesellschaft mbH has several vacancies with immediate effect for a limited period of 2 years as an employee in operating cost management (m/f/d). Discover what it means to grow with a committed team and make an important contribution to a city worth living in every day!

Plenty of room for your know-how - this is how you get involved:

  • Billing: You prepare and check the timely billing of operating and heating costs (cost control, plausibility check), archive billing documents and make decisions on the apportionability of costs
  • Processing: You check, account for and post all invoices relevant to operating costs, check and evaluate janitor lists for meter readings (water, electricity, district heating, gas), prepare advance allocations and exemptions and maintain master data
  • Communication: You prepare tenant letters for dispatch, deal with tenant inquiries and objections to the bills and act as an interface to the heat metering services for consumption-based billing of heating and water costs

In the Operating Cost Management department, you will meet a motivated team that thinks and acts in a very customer-oriented way and strives to constantly drive forward the digitization process in the area of operating costs. Do you see yourself in this team and want to use your expertise to make a difference in Berlin? These are the qualities you need:

  • Qualifications : completed vocational training for property and housing management clerks or real estate clerks or a comparable qualification
  • Specialist knowledge: Application knowledge of MS Office and good SAP knowledge would be desirable
