We are looking to fill the following permanent vacancy in our portfolio management department at our Tempelhof-Neukölln service office as soon as possible:

Property Manager (f/m/d) Residential - Portfolio Management

• Portfolio and rental management: Economical and customer-oriented management of the housing stock, control of all rental and administrative processes
• Customer care and communication: Central contact person for tenants, correspondence with advisory boards, authorities and social services, 2nd level support processing
• Maintenance and management: commissioning, coordination and control of maintenance and repair measures, taking into account the procurement guidelines

• Professional experience: in the independent, commercial management of real estate, ideally using SAP, in letting, as well as in communication in stressful and emotional conversation situations
• Qualifications: completed vocational training as a real estate agent or comparable knowledge
• Specialist knowledge: confident handling of MS Office products and SAP desirable
• Personality: customer-oriented, responsible and able to work independently and solution-oriented, with an open and appreciative manner
