Are you looking for a new challenge? Do you want to take your career in a new direction and make a difference? Then start from October 1, 2026 as a trainee (m/f/d) in real estate management at our headquarters in Frankfurt am Main or at our location in Berlin.

As part of an 18-month rotation program, you will work in three areas: A&T Office Leasing, Capital Markets and Valuation Advisory Services.

WHAT YOU DO WITH US

• Participation in the preparation of market, location and property analyses
• Support in the preparation of cash flow modeling
• Valuation of residential, commercial and retail properties
• Complex data analyses and data preparation
• Transaction management for the office portfolio of our national and international clients

WHAT YOU HAVE TO OFFER

• Completed studies in business administration or economics, ideally with a focus on real estate
• Passion for the real estate industry, supported by initial practical experience or thesis work
• High level of initiative and willingness to take on responsibility
• Excellent communication skills and a confident manner
• Strong ability to work in a team
• Analytical thinking and quick comprehension
• Very good knowledge of German and business fluent English
