Your tasks
- Management and administration of rental properties in the EDEKA real estate portfolio
- Communication with tenants, interested parties and external service providers
- Preparation and review of rental agreements and addenda
- Organization and implementation of property inspections
- Monitoring of rental payments and support in receivables management
- Assisting with the development and implementation of letting strategies
- Maintaining and managing property and tenant data
- Commercial project development for existing and new buildings
Your profile
- Completed training in the real estate sector (e.g. real estate agent)
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Confident handling of MS Office applications
- Organizational talent as well as a structured and independent way of working
- Strong communication skills and friendly demeanor
- Ability to work in a team and reliability
