Project manager:in Construction
We are looking for you to join our Development department as Project Manager:in Construction as soon as possible. Our focus is on the regions of Western and Northern Germany as well as Central and Southern Germany. A place of residence in the Munich, Frankfurt, Augsburg, Hamburg or Düsseldorf area would be desirable.

This is where you get fully involved:
- You will be responsible for the project management of the conversions to the new restaurant concept in your area of responsibility, taking into account all building law and construction requirements.
- Within the construction and facility management teams, you will work closely with your colleagues and support each other in an agile working environment.
- You coordinate with our franchisees and operational teams on project implementation and maintain transparent communication.
- You will be responsible for constantly monitoring the progress of the project (costs, building applications, etc.) and ensuring that the conversions are completed on time.
- You will work closely with external partners such as architects, specialist engineers, suppliers and authorities to realize your projects.
What we want from you:
- Completed studies in the field of (interior) architecture, civil engineering or a comparable course of study
- Solid professional experience, ideally in construction, planning or facility management
- Agile working on interdisciplinary topics and teams
- High sense of responsibility and commitment
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Very good German and good English skills
- Experience in dealing with relevant laws, standards and regulations desirable
- Willingness to travel on a daily basis (car driver's license required)
