Technical Property Manager (f/m/d)

What you can look forward to

• Checking technical work processes on the basis of current standards and regulations
• Ensuring the application of technical system standards and in the technical LAN
• Analysis, further development, quality assurance and reporting of technical operating concepts
• Supervision of conversion and renovation measures from building operations and maintenance
• Implementing energy management with a focus on system optimization and energy savings
• Preparation, coordination and support of audits as well as GFB and ASA investigations, including follow-up of the resulting findings
• Implementation of role and legal structures, as well as participation in real estate-related projects

Your profile

• Completed training in the field of civil engineering, HVAC or electrical engineering and further training as a master craftsman or state-certified technician
• Alternatively a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, HVAC or electrical engineering
• Knowledge of the procedures and processes in technical building operation and property management
• Good knowledge of the entire plant and system landscape as well as the property structures in administrative and production buildings
• Experience in the organization and implementation of technical property management
• Analytical skills, willingness to make decisions and take responsibility
• Strong service and customer orientation, strong communication skills and willingness to travel on business
