• Supporting the back office team with administrative tasks
• Travel planning and expense reporting

Here’s what we’re looking for in you:

• First-year students from all fields of study are also welcome
• Basic knowledge of the MS Office suite
• Business-level German proficiency
• A dynamic, motivated individual with vision and dedication
• Good time management and the ability to work well in a team
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Initial experience in support or customer service is a plus
