Student Intern (m/f/d) in Real Estate Project Development

LBBW Immobilien is a key pillar of Landesbank Baden-Württemberg. As a major investor and service provider, it covers the entire spectrum of real estate services through its divisions of Asset Management, Development, Investment Management, and Municipal Development.

We are seeking one dedicated working student (m/f/d) for each of our exciting projects in Frankfurt and Mainz. Please indicate in your cover letter which project location you are interested in.

• Supporting the project teams in all areas of planning, coordination, and execution of real estate projects, particularly during construction
• In addition, you enjoy working independently on commercial and technical matters (e.g., maintaining project cost estimates, tracking project costs, corporate law obligations of project companies, assisting with project execution, etc.)
• You will actively engage in communication with project partners, service providers, and clients
• Furthermore, you will undertake research tasks in the area of project development

• You are currently studying business, engineering, real estate management, or a similar bachelor’s degree program
• You are passionate about the real estate industry and project development, as well as the related commercial and technical topics
• You are known for your strong analytical thinking
• You have comprehensive knowledge of MS Office applications
• A high level of commitment and a strong team-oriented mindset come naturally to you
