Join our Commercial Property Management team as a working student (m/f/d) for up to 20 hours per week.

• Collection and management of building documentation and service provider contracts
• Collaboration and support on client projects
• Preparation of specifications, quotes, and orders
• Contract management
• Telephone and written correspondence with business clients and external partners
• General clerical and administrative tasks
• Preparing presentations and meeting minutes

• You are studying real estate management, business administration, economics, or a related field
• You enjoy working in a team and contributing your own ideas
• You have a structured and proactive approach to work
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Knowledge of iX-Haus, Yardi, or SAP is desirable but not required
• Very good written and spoken German; knowledge of English is desirable
