Senior Construction Manager for Building Services (m/f/d)

As part of the EDEKA Group, you will take on responsibility at CEV Handelsimmobilien GmbH for technically challenging large-scale projects in the field of building services engineering. You can expect an environment with a high degree of autonomy, short decision-making paths, and genuine opportunities to shape your role.

• You will manage specialized projects in the building services engineering field (HVAC, electrical, and instrumentation and control) throughout all project phases
• You will be responsible for large-scale commercial projects
• You ensure the quality of the planning results in close coordination with all project stakeholders
• You will keep a close eye on cost, schedule, and quality control at all times
• You will conduct contract award negotiations independently and prepare well-founded decision-making documents
• You actively manage technical change orders
• You prepare and confidently lead project meetings
• You provide technical guidance to junior construction managers and share your knowledge
• You actively drive the further development of our construction processes

• Degree in building services engineering, building technology, or a related field
• Several years of experience in planning, construction management, or project management in the building services engineering field
• In-depth knowledge of HOAI and VOB (A, B, C)
• Experience in managing medium- to large-scale construction projects
• Knowledge of individual contracting and general contractor (GC) contracting
• Ideally, experience in the construction of retail properties
• You work in a structured and efficient manner with a high standard of quality
• You are characterized by a confident demeanor and clear communication
• You are willing to travel nationwide
