Currently, our highly specialized team of approximately 150 employees manages around 2,300 assets with more than 3.9 million square meters of leasable space from our headquarters in Hamburg and our office in Berlin. In addition to retail parks and shopping centers, our portfolio also includes supermarkets, discounters, and specialty stores. Together with Netto Marken-Discount, we develop and plan locations within the corporate group to support Netto’s long-term site security. We are also happy to participate in project developments with other partners; every possibility for collaboration is open to consideration. We develop custom logistics and industrial properties and carry out extensive revitalizations and renovations.
