(Senior) Asset Manager* Real Estate
Your role in the team
The Real Estate division initiates and actively manages investment solutions for private and institutional investors - in the form of open and closed-ended investment funds (AIFs) as well as individual mandates. The implementation and ongoing management of commercial and residential products is carried out by specialized teams of experts in the Relationship Management, Investment, Fund Management and Asset Management units.

A certain amount of travel is an integral part of the position, as the passion and sense of responsibility required for this role can be developed in a team
What tasks can you expect?
- Active, independent asset management of a "core/core plus" real estate portfolio with a regional focus in northern Germany
- Identification and realization of value enhancement potential with responsibility for value development and implementation of ESG strategies at property level
- Assuming the owner function vis-à-vis third parties as well as selecting, controlling and actively managing external service providers (in particular property managers)
- Conducting contract negotiations with existing and new tenants
- Preparing property-specific business plans and periodic performance reports
Who are we looking for?
- Completed business studies with a real estate background or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in the management of real estate in various usage classes, preferably with a focus on office properties and/or residential use
- Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
- Fluent German and good command of English
- Goal-oriented working style, combined with commercial thinking and negotiating skills
