In the last two years, we have become the third-largest property manager in Germany - with fewer than 25 full-time employees at our headquarters.
Your role
In the Cologne region, you will assume full operational and strategic responsibility for five property management companies from day one. This is not a traditional management role from a distance - we are looking for someone with leadership experience who, as a regional manager, will lead and manage the site managers of the individual companies. You will act as a sparring partner for your local managers, analyze existing structures and actively intervene where processes need to be optimized. Your goal is to scale your property management companies into profitable, digitally controlled units through targeted leadership and technological impetus.
What we are looking for
- Proven success in managing teams, ideally in a property management environment.
- Several years of industry experience in property management with in-depth knowledge of WEG and tenants.
- Practical experience in the restructuring and digital realignment of company divisions.
- Sound commercial know-how in P&L responsibility, financial planning and common software.
- Resilient personality with a strong hands-on mentality for day-to-day operations.
What you will do
- Operational management of five property management companies including accounting, liquidity and personnel planning.
- Regular reporting of KPIs, financial results and progress to the Berlin headquarters.
- Analyzing existing processes and identifying and implementing efficiency improvements
- Active integration of new portfolios and companies into your regional cluster.
- Bringing together different corporate cultures to create a modern team spirit.
- Professional and disciplinary management of the local teams and shared responsibility for recruiting in your region.
