We combine under one roof the development of residential and commercial projects, the refurbishment of existing properties and, in particular, the design of large-scale neighborhoods and apartment projects. From land development to construction, the entire spectrum of real estate development for new buildings is covered and continued in asset management.

Your main tasks
- Establishment, further development and responsibility for regular management reporting for management and shareholders
- Budgeting, forecasts and variance analyses at project and company level
- Further development of KPIs, controlling logic and management tools
- Profitability calculations, scenario and sensitivity analyses for projects and investment decisions
- Close cooperation with accounting, project development and asset management
- Direct reporting line to CFO / management
- Optional (depending on experience): involvement in treasury (liquidity planning, cash flow overview)
Your profile
- Completed studies in business administration, economics or similar
- Several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in the real estate, project or investment environment
- Very good analytical understanding, confident with Excel / financial models
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
- Ability to present complex issues clearly and appropriately to the target audience
- Hands-on mentality and enjoy working operationally in day-to-day business
- Senior level: experience as a sparring partner for management / shareholders
