WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US

• You will manage a real estate portfolio with regard to schedules, costs, and quality. In doing so, you will oversee maintenance and repair work, as well as renovations to the existing portfolio.
• You will help identify maintenance and investment needs for your area of responsibility.
• You will coordinate with colleagues from a wide range of disciplines, external service providers, as well as government agencies and experts.
• You will coordinate internal and external project stakeholders.
• You will plan, budget, and oversee construction projects, as well as review bids and invoices.

WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT

• You have a degree in civil engineering, utilities engineering, building services engineering, facility management, or real estate technology, or technical training with relevant further education, e.g., to become a master craftsman.
• You have initial experience in overall technical responsibility for various projects, ideally in retail or facility management.
• You bring your results-oriented and business-minded approach to our company.
• You stand out for your professional and confident demeanor as well as your communication skills.
