Junior Consultant, Real Estate Consulting (m/f/d)

• Integrating FM consulting services covering the entire lifecycle of real estate and portfolios, as well as providing support throughout the planning process—from the competitive phase through to commissioning and handover to operations
• Conducting benchmarking, operating cost forecasts, and life-cycle cost analyses
• Developing organizational, operational, and management concepts for a wide variety of property types, such as high-rise buildings, sports facilities, and cultural venues
• Advising on data management requirements for future-oriented, digitized facility management (BIMtoFM)
• Contributing to the development of management and space utilization concepts for operational facility management
• Collaborating in interdisciplinary teams and serving as a point of contact and expert for all questions related to facility management

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in facility management, civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering, real estate management, or a comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in the above-mentioned field is desirable, including internships or work-study positions
• Good written and spoken English skills are desirable
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• A structured, analytical, and independent approach to work
