Junior Consultant (m/f/d) for Claims and Risk Management in Construction and Real Estate Projects

As a Consultant (m/f/d), you will identify risks, manage contract deviations, and develop strategies for critical project situations. • Identification, assessment, and consultation regarding project risks in all project phases
• Assessment and monitoring of any contractual deviations during project execution
• Support in the areas of contract drafting and negotiation strategies
• Participation in the development of strategies to stabilize critical project situations
• Support in resolving conflicts
• Collaboration in the analysis and negotiation of change order claims across all key areas, as well as in German and international contract forms (AHO, HOAI, VOB, FIDIC, NEC, etc.)

• A completed (master’s) degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering, architecture, real estate economics, or a comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in the form of internships or work-study positions in consulting, contract management, or project management is desirable, ideally with a focus on the construction or real estate industry
• Experience in cost estimation, preparing, or reviewing change orders is advantageous
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
• Strong communication skills as well as a structured, analytical, and independent approach to work
