INTERN / WORKING STUDENT, INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT (M/F/D)

Here, you make a difference

As a full member of our investment team, you will assist in evaluating investment opportunities and carrying out due diligence and investment processes.

Specifically, your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, as well as preparing for and participating in meetings with management
• Cash flow modeling of investment opportunities in Excel and preparation of investment proposals
• Creating presentations for acquisitions and new investment strategies
• Assisting with due diligence as well as tenant and company analyses
• Assisting with the creation and refinement of cash flow models (including sensitivity and scenario analyses)

Here’s how you can impress us

• You are currently a student or have already successfully completed your degree, have solid knowledge of MS Office, and work in a structured and analytical manner.
• Degree in economics, real estate, geography, or a comparable field
• Ideally, you have some initial professional experience—including internships—in (real estate) investment management, private equity, investment banking, or M&A
• Strong aptitude for numbers and a pronounced financial analytical mindset
• High level of commitment, willingness to learn, and drive to help shape the future
• Self-motivation as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Very good written and spoken English skills
