INTERN / WORKING STUDENT IN ASSET MANAGEMENT (M/F/D)

Here, you make a difference

As a member of our Asset Management team, you will support our day-to-day operations and independently handle the following tasks, among others:

• Reviewing and finalizing lease agreements, as well as communicating with Property Management
• Participating in property viewings and assisting with leasing processes
• Calculating rental offers based on business plans
• Preparing property profiles, space updates, and marketing materials
• Conducting market and competitive analyses and evaluating rental comparables
• Preparing cash flow analyses, investor reports, and presentations
• Creating and maintaining asset management databases

Here’s how you can impress us

• You are currently a student or have already successfully completed your degree, have solid knowledge of MS Office, and work in a structured and analytical manner.
• Degree in economics, real estate management, geography, or a comparable field
• Ideally, you have some initial professional experience—including internships—in (real estate) asset management, investment management, or private equity
• Strong aptitude for numbers and a pronounced financial analytical mindset
• High level of commitment, willingness to learn, and drive to help shape the future
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a professional business context
• Very good written and spoken English skills
