Intern (m/f/d) – Value & Risk Advisory

What to Expect

• Contributing to the preparation of individual and portfolio valuations using national and international valuation standards (RICS, IVSC, TEGoVA, and ImmoWertV) for various types of real estate, such as residential, office, logistics, retail, and operator-managed properties
• Supporting portfolio analyses and valuations in connection with acquisition and sale processes, as well as for financial reporting and financing purposes
• Conducting market and location analyses, as well as assisting in the preparation of valuation reports
• Participation in property viewings to gain practical experience
• Working in an international environment for our national and international clients

What you should bring to the table

• Currently pursuing a degree in real estate management, business administration, economics, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field
• Some practical experience in the real estate industry is desirable; motivated students are encouraged to apply
• A valid driver’s license (Class B)
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and English
• Ability to work independently, high level of commitment, motivation, and ambition
• Fluency in German and very good written and spoken English
• Enjoyment of working collaboratively in a team and a strong customer-oriented mindset
• Passion and enthusiasm for the real estate industry
