• Collaboration on organizational and consulting projects in the real estate sector
• Support in the areas of technical assessments as well as facility management during planning and construction
• Analysis of technical and infrastructural building services to optimize building operations
• Analysis of FM services, conducting audits, and assisting with the tendering of FM services
• Management and maintenance of building information, including CAFM software applications
• Conducting economic feasibility studies and preparing operating cost forecasts based on the life cycle approach (LCC)

• Currently pursuing a degree in Facility & Real Estate Management, Building Services Engineering, Utilities Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Technology, Environmental Engineering, or a comparable field of study at an advanced level
• Basic technical understanding of real estate and its building services
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Good written and spoken German skills (at least B2 level)
• Motivation to develop professionally in an exciting and forward-looking work environment
