Your Responsibilities

As part of our real estate team in Munich, Cologne, Hamburg, Stuttgart, Frankfurt am Main, or Düsseldorf, you will advise on and manage large-scale real estate and infrastructure projects from the initial concept through to implementation. You’ll contribute your extensive project management expertise and real estate-specific knowledge to interdisciplinary teams to find client-focused solutions. Even during particularly challenging project phases, you’ll maintain a clear overview and keep everything firmly under control. With a proactive mindset, a flair for innovation, and modern methods, you’ll stay ahead of the market—and drive projects that truly make a difference. In our team, you’ll take on a variety of tasks, including:

• You will manage and oversee real estate projects for corporations, banks, investors, and the public sector, handling cost, schedule, and quality management as well as the organization of real estate investments.
• You will advise clients in the early project phases and assume the PMO role.
• You will participate in technical due diligence for existing properties and project developments.
• You will contribute to high-profile studies, prepare proposals and client presentations, and provide technical support to project managers while developing your own go-to-market strategy.
• As a Senior Consultant, you will take responsibility for project progress and provide technical leadership to team members early in your career.

Your Skills

• You hold an above-average college degree in architecture, civil engineering, or industrial engineering, ideally with additional qualifications specific to the real estate sector.
• Ideally, you have some initial practical experience (Consultant) or at least two years of professional experience (Senior Consultant) in the real estate industry in the field of project development or in the project management of real estate and infrastructure projects.
• You critically evaluate facts and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills in German (min. C1) and English, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel and PowerPoint).
