The Trainee Program
As part of the two-year Germany Trainee Program, you will gain a solid introduction to the corporate real estate industry. You will gain exposure to various business areas and acquire comprehensive technical and practical knowledge in the fields of valuation, leasing, and capital markets. In the process, you will actively contribute to client projects. The goal of the program is to specifically prepare you for a long-term career in commercial real estate.
Responsibilities
- You will assist with the analysis, management, and development of real estate portfolios for corporate clients
- You will participate in lease negotiations as well as in transaction and contract management
- You will prepare real estate appraisals, market analyses, and decision-making documents
- You will work closely with internal departments as well as external partners (e.g., brokers, property owners, legal advisors)
- You will contribute to strategic space planning and modern workplace concepts
- You will assist in the implementation of sustainability, compliance, and occupational health and safety measures
- You will attend client meetings and support project management throughout all phases
- You will participate in structured training and mentoring programs
Qualifications
- You have excellent written and spoken German skills, as well as good to excellent written and spoken English skills
- You have completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree (e.g., real estate management, business administration, finance, economics, or a comparable field)
- You possess strong analytical skills and a structured approach to work
- You impress with strong communication skills, the ability to work in a team, and a customer-oriented approach
- You demonstrate initiative, a willingness to learn, and an interest in a long-term career in corporate real estate
- You are proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word); knowledge of real estate-specific tools is a plus
- You work independently, reliably, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment
