Working together to create affordable housing in Baden-Württemberg

Your tasks

You will be responsible for managing procedures within the framework of the Grundstücksfonds BW - from the initial consultation to the implementation of the property transactions - and will take on the following tasks in particular:

• Examining and evaluating inquiries and coordinating the procedure with local authorities, the ministry and other parties involved
• Advising and supporting local authorities throughout the entire process
• Participation in meetings, negotiations and municipal committee meetings
• Preparation of technical statements, notes and decision recommendations
• Assessing property-related issues, in particular market values, pre-emptive rights and nature conservation issues
• Development of solutions for property storage and resale
• Preparation, coordination and content review of property and other contracts, coordination of repurchase rights, reclaims and other follow-up procedures
• Supervision of existing properties including property inspections, handovers and insurance and license agreements
• Monitoring compliance with subsidy law and contractual requirements
• Carrying out calls for funds and maintaining statistics and procedural overviews

Your profile

• You have a degree in real estate management, public management (higher administrative service), geography with a focus on urban development or real estate or as an administrative specialist or real estate specialist with relevant professional experience or a comparable degree
• You have an excellent command of written and spoken German
• Experience in property, real estate or contract management
• Knowledge of public funding or municipal environment
• Confident handling of contracts and legal issues
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Organizational skills and ability to manage complex processes
• Negotiating skills and assertiveness
• Confident handling of MS Office and DMS systems, knowledge of enaio is desirable
• Willingness to travel to external appointments (class B driver's license required)
