Your Responsibilities:
- Independent commercial management of a real estate portfolio with a focus on residential properties
- Operational leasing and property management
- Conducting apartment inspections and handovers, as well as handling tenant concerns
- Collaborating with our tenants, business partners, and internal departments
- Identifying and developing measures to increase tenant satisfaction and quality of life
- Coordinating the leasing of new construction projects
What you’ll bring to the table:
- A professional degree in real estate—ideally with additional qualifications (e.g., real estate specialist, business administration degree) and relevant professional experience
- Very good knowledge of tenancy and real estate law
- Experience with real estate-specific software (e.g., Wodis Yuneo) is a plus
- A team-oriented personality with assertiveness and a strong customer focus
- High degree of initiative, flexibility, and a solution-oriented approach to work
- Strong communication and organizational skills
