Property Accountant (m/f/d)
Heidelberg / immediately / full-time
Your tasks with us
- Independent and comprehensive preparation of property accounts
- Taking over banking and payment transactions for our clients
- Preparation of monthly financial statements (including account reconciliations, posting of provisions and monthly reporting)
- You are the accounting contact person for the client
- You will work closely with our other departments
This is important to us
- Successfully completed commercial training, ideally in the real estate industry
- Several years of professional experience or sound knowledge of accounting, preferably in the real estate sector
- Basic knowledge of heating and operating costs regulations desirable, but not a prerequisite
- Knowledge of Nemetschek iX-haus would be desirable, but is not a prerequisite
- Analytical and rational approach and good understanding of figures
- Independent, reliable, careful and service-oriented way of working
- High level of communication skills and service orientation
- Prudent way of working in a team
- Experienced handling of MS Office applications
