We are looking to fill the following permanent vacancy in the Finance and Real Estate department at our headquarters in Berlin-Neukölln as soon as possible:
Real estate clerk (m/f/d) Rental law adjustment and liquidity management
Your tasks:
- Maintenance and evaluation of data relevant to the rent index
- Technical specification and support for the technical implementation of SAP program changes (e.g. implementation of rent index, rent calculation, correspondence)
- Calculation and implementation of rent adjustments in accordance with legal and housing policy requirements of the shareholder (§ 558 BGB) as well as support in processing objections
- Technical implementation of further rent adjustments, e.g. following modernization (Section 559 BGB) and for garages and parking spaces
- Preparation of short and medium-term liquidity planning and ensuring financial planning
- Carrying out payment transactions and managing bank accounts
- Assisting with business planning and investing liquid funds (incl. market observation and obtaining offers)
- Analyzing and reporting on liquidity (e.g. statistics, evaluations, bank information, ad hoc evaluations)
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training as a real estate agent or equivalent qualification with several years of professional experience
- Thorough and comprehensive specialist knowledge of the real estate and housing industry, in particular tenancy law
- Knowledge of the relevant legal provisions in the area of responsibility
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Strong analytical thinking, structured and precise working methods, strong communication and cooperation skills as well as customer-oriented behavior
