Your tasks
- Comprehensive support for institutional investors and collaboration in the acquisition of new investors
- Collaboration in the development of needs-based investment structures and investment vehicles
- Continuous market observation
- Creation and updating of product presentations and marketing documents
- Collaboration in the further development of the general sales strategy and the range of services and products
What we expect from you
- Degree in economics, ideally with a focus on capital markets or comparable training
- Several years of sales-oriented experience in the real estate industry, preferably in the acquisition of institutional investors
- Sound product knowledge in the real estate AIF segment
- Strong acquisition and closing skills
- Knowledge of the legal, regulatory and tax framework for institutional clients
- Fluency in English is desirable
- Very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
