Technical Buyer (m/f/d) Construction
YOUR TASKS
- You will be responsible for the strategic and operational purchasing of shell construction, finishing and TGA trades as well as the procurement of building materials.
- You will continue to expand and maintain our efficient subcontractor and supplier network.
- You will carry out tenders and award procedures independently, evaluate incoming offers from a technical and commercial perspective and take on price and contract negotiations.
- You will review and negotiate contracts in accordance with VOB/B and VOB/C.
- You will be responsible for supplementary claims management and the associated review and clarification of supplementary claims.
- You will continuously develop our purchasing processes and standards and contribute your own ideas for optimization.
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU
- You have a degree in civil engineering, architecture or construction technology or a comparable professional qualification.
- You are confident and experienced in dealing with service specifications, offers and supplements.
- You are confident in negotiations, assertive and have sound experience in price negotiations.
- You have a technical understanding and a strong commercial mindset.
- You work in a structured, independent and solution-oriented manner.
- You have a confident manner, strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial way of thinking and acting.
