Your tasks
- Governance and control of facility management processes across organizational units
- Development and implementation of strategies for commercial, technical, and infrastructural facility management
- Budget planning, KPI monitoring, and sustainability performance oversight
- Process optimization and introduction of modern technologies (e.g., IoT) to enhance efficiency
- Performance monitoring and quality assurance across portfolios
- Reporting, benchmarking, and KPI evaluation to support strategic decisions
- Cross-functional collaboration with Real Estate, Construction, and Sustainability departments
- Coordination with country representatives and support of international projects
Your profile
- University degree in Construction, Technical Facility Management, or Building Services, combined with knowledge in Economics, Finance, and Legal basics
- Several years of professional experience in building services or a related field, ideally with international and retail exposure
- Knowledge of relevant DIN/EN/ ISO Norms and being familiar with the Eurpoean market
- Proven experience in data analysis, KPI development, and reporting
- Solid understanding of new technical developments and trends in building management
- Working proficiency in English and German
- Strong analytical and financial skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Confident in Excel and data visualization tools
