Operations and Cleaning Management Clerk (m/f/d)
Parkhaus-Betriebsgesellschaft m.b.H. is a subsidiary of Frankfurter Aufbau AG within the ABG FRANKFURT HOLDING GmbH group, the largest housing and real estate group in the city of Frankfurt am Main, with a portfolio of approximately 55,000 apartments and 37,900 other units. The company is the largest parking facility operator in Frankfurt and manages 32 large parking garages with approximately 18,000 parking spaces within the city limits.
Responsibilities:
- Ongoing quality assurance of cleaning services in the parking garages operated by Parkhaus-Betriebsgesellschaft mbH
- You will serve as the point of contact for cleaning service providers and coordinate scheduled quality assessment visits.
- You will be responsible for developing and continuously validating service catalogs and quality criteria.
- You will coordinate the resolution of quality issues.
- You will handle the collection process for cleaning service providers.
- Management of the City of Frankfurt am Main’s parking ticket machines
- You are responsible for coordinating the installation and removal of parking meters with the Road Traffic Authority (SVA) and the contractors.
- You inspect the parking ticket machines to ensure they are in working order, accessible, clean, etc.
- You investigate discrepancies in cash counts, troubleshoot malfunctions, etc.
- You will review the monthly billing statements.
- Maintenance of parking garages
- You replace and restock consumables at the automated payment machines.
- You are responsible for building inspections.
- You check and adjust the meter readings on-site.
- You deliver supplies.
- Handling operational and commercial matters
Requirements:
- Successfully completed business training with several years of professional experience in a comparable role
- Ability to work independently and responsibly, combined with strong assertiveness and the ability to set priorities
- Polished manners and poise when interacting with customers and colleagues
- Strong service orientation, resilience, and commitment to quality
- Commitment and flexibility, along with strong organizational skills
- Very good written and spoken German
- Proficiency with computers, very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), as well as MS Explorer and Lotus Notes; knowledge of English is a plus
