Project Manager for Building Services and Construction (m/f/d)

As part of the EDEKA Group, you’ll manage exciting retail real estate construction projects at CEV Handelsimmobilien GmbH—from planning through to implementation. You can expect a secure job in Hamburg’s City Nord district, combined with real creative freedom and short decision-making processes

• You will manage retail real estate construction projects nationwide as a client representative
• You will be responsible for costs, schedules, and quality
• You will actively oversee the tendering and awarding of planning and construction contracts
• You will conduct contract negotiations independently while keeping all project goals in mind
• Participating in site inspections and construction meetings is part of your daily routine
• You will carefully document construction work and ensure warranty management
• You serve as the regular point of contact for tenants and internal stakeholders
• You will support our Facility Management team with technical and construction-related issues

• A degree in building services engineering, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field—or, alternatively, technical training supplemented by relevant continuing education
• You have several years of experience in the project management of construction projects
• You are familiar with VOB and HOAI
• Ideally, you have already gained experience with retail real estate
• You coordinate multiple projects simultaneously in a structured manner and maintain a clear overview
• You are familiar with dealing with government agencies and utility providers
• You are characterized by an independent and structured approach to work
• You impress with your commitment to quality and dedication
• You are willing to travel for project-related assignments
