Real Estate Consulting Intern (m/f/d)

• Assistance in the development of feasibility studies, including site and market analyses, cost estimates, and economic feasibility assessments
• Support in the preparation of technical due diligence reports, including accompanying building inspections, reviewing and evaluating technical property documentation, and assessing the quality of real estate projects
• Participation in monitoring inspections as part of project developments for investors and financiers
• Supporting and assisting with technical asset management mandates
• Independent execution and further development of projects

• Currently enrolled in an advanced-level degree program in architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering (construction), real estate management, or a comparable field
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• German language skills at a level sufficient for independent use (minimum B2)
