Part-time Student in Real Estate Management (m/f/d)

GPEP Wohnen GmbH & Co. KG is a company affiliated with GPEP GmbH, an independent, owner-managed real estate investment firm based in Limburg an der Lahn. GPEP Wohnen focuses on the commercial and technical management as well as the sale of residential real estate.

In addition to comprehensive portfolio management, its service portfolio also includes comprehensive customer support for eligible tenants. The company manages residential units throughout Germany.

• Independently preparing operating expense statements and making corrections (including statements for condominium associations)
• Assistance with data research
• Assistance with the preparation of value estimates
• Independently obtaining documents from government offices, agencies, and property management companies
• Collaboration on internal projects
• Continuous updating of data and shared responsibility for maintaining the property portfolio
• Supporting the team with customer inquiries, both in writing and by phone
• Supporting portfolio valuation by conducting property analyses of the properties in the existing portfolio
• Analysis of comparative market data

• Degree in real estate management, facility management, or a related field
• Interest in real estate
• Analytical skills, strategic and conceptual thinking, as well as the ability to work independently and in a structured manner are your strengths
• A meticulous and independent work style
• Initial professional experience through internships or other temporary jobs is a plus
• A structured approach to handling tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word)
