WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US

• You will be responsible for parts of a defined portfolio of locations in one of our regions and will lease space to specialty stores and retail outlets.
• You will develop location-specific leasing strategies and optimize the tenant mix accordingly.
• Handle tenant acquisition, contract negotiations and closings, as well as tenant communication.
• You will manage the leasing processes and be responsible for their results.
• You will increase the productivity of existing leases using systems and key performance indicators

WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT

• You have a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification.
• You have a confident demeanor and enjoy communicating with others.
• You have several years of practical experience in relevant fields.
• An affinity for retail, along with a strong focus on service and customer satisfaction, round out your profile.
