Responsibilities
You’ll jump right into property management and learn how professional property management works. You’ll gradually take on your own responsibilities, which include:
- Taking over your own small management portfolios, for example in rental or condominium management
- Communicating with homeowners’ associations, tenants, service providers, and contractors
- Managing maintenance, renovations, and the awarding of service contracts
- Assisting with billing, budgets, and property analyses
Qualifications
You’d be a great fit for us if you:
• Have completed or are about to complete a degree, e.g., in real estate economics, business administration, or real estate management
• Are interested in technical, commercial, and legal property management
• Are eager to develop quickly—both professionally and personally
