INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT ANALYST (M/F/D)

As a member of our investment team, you’ll have the opportunity to take an active and independent role in exciting projects.

Specifically, your responsibilities will include:

• Cash flow modeling of investment opportunities in Excel and Argus Enterprise
• Identifying, reviewing, and analyzing investment opportunities, as well as preparing for and participating in meetings with management
• Preparing investment proposals and presentations for acquisitions and new investment strategies
• Supporting acquisitions throughout the entire transaction process—from the initial offer through due diligence to closing
• Conducting location, market, tenant, and company analyses

Here’s how you can impress us:

You have a college degree, strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and a structured, analytical approach to your work.

• Degree in economics, real estate management, geography, or a comparable field
• You have relevant experience in (real estate) investment management, private equity, investment banking, or M&A
• Strong aptitude for numbers and a pronounced financial analytical mindset
• A high degree of initiative, commitment, and willingness to learn, along with the drive to help shape new developments in a challenging environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a professional business context
• Very good written and spoken English skills
