To strengthen our Facility Management team, we are looking for you as a working student (m/f/d) for our client’s location in Norderstedt.
Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities
- Developing a document/data management system for digital maintenance management
- Coordinating and developing customer-specific definitions in the area of asset management
- Digitization of maintenance strategies
- Supporting the development of maintenance processes
- Independent development and implementation of small projects with the customer
- Supporting on-site visits as part of project management
Qualifications
What you bring to the table
- A degree in Facility Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Process Engineering, Project Management, Technical Building Management, or a related field
- A structured approach to work and strong organizational skills
- An affinity for technology and an interest in innovative solutions
- Ability to work well in a team while also working independently
- Proficiency with MS Office applications
- Service-oriented, customer-focused, and results-driven approach
- Independence, a sense of responsibility, and a commitment to the job
- Excellent written and spoken German and good written and spoken English
