We are looking for you for the Real Estate Finance department as
Loan officer (m/f/d) private construction financing
full-time (part-time possible)
Your tasks - varied and responsible
- Contact person for our customers (m/f/d) and financing partners for questions regarding the processing of financing
- Implementation of credit decisions including preparation, review and processing of credit and collateral agreements
- Processing of disbursement orders
- Carrying out checks on the use of funds
- Processing changes to financing, including subsequent approvals and granting of priority, e.g. determining the financing and cost framework
Your profile - qualified and enriching
- You have completed training as a real estate or bank clerk (m/f/d).
- You have experience in construction financing.
- You have an understanding of the content of development offers and can work in a networked manner.
- You have a confident manner and communication skills and have an independent working style as well as service orientation and advisory skills.
