(Senior) Fund Manager* Real Estate

Your role in the team
The Real Estate division initiates and actively manages investment solutions for private and institutional investors - in the form of open and closed investment funds (AIFs) as well as individual mandates, primarily in the office and residential use classes.

For our fund management team, we are looking for a committed individual who is ready to take on the diverse challenges of the current market environment with passion and a strong hands-on mentality. Your tasks:

• Strategic and operational management and further development of Germany-wide special real estate funds with a focus on the office asset class
• Performance optimization and risk management of the managed vehicles including the preparation of fund and budget planning and reports
• Preparation and implementation of investment committee meetings and central point of contact for ongoing investor communication
• Development and monitoring of financing strategies including independent contract negotiations
• Developing investment and exit strategies and supporting the investment team in carrying out purchase and sale reviews

Your profile:

• Completed studies and relevant experience in real estate fund management
• Very good knowledge of investment accounting as well as solid know-how in bookkeeping, accounting and the German Investment Code
• Advanced user knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent German and good English
• Customer-oriented and convincing appearance in direct exchange with institutional investors
• Structured, precise and proactive way of working, strong analytical thinking skills and high understanding of quality
