Then take on responsibility in our interdisciplinary Real Estate Solutions team in Cologne.

YOUR TASKS

• Organizing and carrying out technical building equipment (TGA) surveys in various types of building use
• Creating building and technical condition assessments (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical engineering, building automation)
• Expert advice for investors and building owners when deciding to buy or sell real estate
• Carrying out quality controls and accompanying the acceptance of TGA construction services
• Development of modernization and maintenance strategies taking into account energy and sustainability aspects
• Preparation of technical feasibility studies
• Management and technical support of replacement, installation and adaptation measures for existing technical systems
• Participation in the development of standards and methods

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in building services engineering, supply engineering, electrical engineering or comparable qualification.
• At least two years of professional experience in the field described or in the specialist planning of building technology concepts
• High solution orientation
• Decisive, assertive and structured personality
• High level of personal responsibility and strong consulting skills
• Ability to maintain an overview even in complex situations and provide goal-oriented advice
• Strong motivation as well as communication and argumentation skills
• Desire to take the next step in your career
• Ideally an affinity for digital working methods and tools
