Corporate Account Manager for Housing Companies (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• You will provide comprehensive support to our business clients in the Hesse, Western, and Central Thuringia regions, actively develop existing client relationships, and build new ones
• You’ll regularly visit our clients on-site, understand their business challenges, and develop tailored financing solutions
• You’ll identify business opportunities within your client portfolio and initiate new sales approaches
• You will continue to expand your network in the market and within the industry, thereby strengthening our bank’s position
• You will oversee financing projects from initial contact through structuring to implementation
• Together with internal specialists, you will develop customized solutions in the areas of financing, payment transactions, and investment products
• Through your dedication, you actively contribute to achieving our sales, volume, and revenue targets

Your Profile

• You have a degree in economics, a comparable degree, or have successfully completed a banking apprenticeship
• Ideally, you already have experience in corporate client sales, with a focus on real estate
• You enjoy actively developing existing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities
• You are mobile and flexible, as on-site appointments with our clients are an important part of your role
• A confident and persuasive demeanor during client meetings is one of your strengths
• You work independently, in a structured manner, and with a focus on solutions
• Teamwork in an agile environment comes naturally to you
