Your area of responsibility

• Supporting the recording, structuring, filing and visual representation of processes, roles and decision paths.
• Collaboration in research, analyses, quality checks and organization of feedback from the specialist departments.
• Support in organizational tasks in process management as well as in the creation and implementation of training documents on process architecture.
• Sub-project work: Checking month-end closing data for plausibility, communicating with property managers to clarify errors and developing and testing audit logics for a new target process.

We are looking for

• Enrolled student (m/f/d), ideally in the field of real estate management or business administration with a focus on real estate
• Structured and very careful way of working
• Independence and motivation when working on tasks
• Quick comprehension
• Good MS Office skills, especially MS Office and MS Excel
• Good written expression
