Your area of responsibility

Reporting and data management

• Validation and processing of tenant master data templates from external property managers
• Support in the further development of internal and external reports
• Property-related master data maintenance

Creation of sales data rooms

• Plausibility check of documents (technical, commercial and property documents)
• Participation in Q&A meetings
• Updating process specifications

We are looking for

• Enrolled student (m/f/d), ideally in the field of real estate management or business administration with a focus on real estate
• Structured and very careful way of working
• Independence and motivation when working on tasks
• Quick comprehension
• Good MS Office skills, especially MS Office and MS Excel
• Good written expression
