We are currently founding a startup in the field of serviced offices from a family office - at the interface between real estate and operations.
We are looking for someone who not only implements, but also thinks and structures.

What you do

• You actively work on the business plan (structure, content, figures)
• You analyze the market, competition and positioning
• You build profitability models with us
• You prepare decisions - no PowerPoint games, but substance
• You gain insight into the operational implementation (space, tenants, letting)

What is important

• You think in a structured way and ask the right questions
• You have a desire for real entrepreneurial work
• Excel is no foreign word for you
• You work reliably and independently
