alstria advisors is part of the alstria Group and serves as a strategic, operational, and financial advisor in the German office real estate market. We provide comprehensive management of properties throughout their entire lifecycle, from acquisition and leasing to modernization and potential sale.

• Active support within the Real Estate Operations team
• Collaboration in the areas of commercial
  and technical property management
  as well as asset management
• Support for leasing and
  marketing activities
• Participation in off-site appointments,
  viewings, and inspections of
  properties and construction sites
• Maintaining the leasing and management
  databases

• Currently pursuing a degree with a focus on real estate or
  economics
• Some practical experience is desirable
• Interest in the field of
  real estate management
• Team player with a self-motivated work style
• Ability to quickly learn new IT solutions
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
