Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities: What to Expect
- Supporting our Property Management Team in the commercial and technical management of exciting properties in Munich and in customer service
- Contributing to the development of diverse strategies for the sustainable appreciation of our clients’ properties
- Creating and preparing presentations and reports
- Assisting with the coordination of external service providers, including requesting quotes, scheduling appointments, and much more
- Independently maintaining and updating complex property data and structured investment databases
Qualifications
Expertise & Soft Skills: What You Bring to the Table
- Advanced studies in real estate management or a related field
- Initial work experience gained while studying
- Ability to work in a team, an independent and structured approach to work, and a customer-oriented mindset
- Excellent German, good English, and MS Office skills
