We are looking to fill the following permanent vacancy in the Finance and Real Estate department at our headquarters in Berlin-Neukölln as soon as possible:

WEG administrator (f/m/d) as owner representative for residential and partial ownership

Your tasks:

• You will ensure the contractual management of the STADT UND LAND condominiums managed by third parties.
• You will represent the owners in the condominium community and vis-à-vis external parties.
• You maintain and develop a meaningful key figure and data management system.
• You check the agreed services and ensure the quality of task fulfillment.
• You create specifications for long-term economic planning and contribute to budget and financial planning.
• You exercise voting rights at owners' meetings and resolutions.
• You coordinate the flow of information between internal departments and external partners and ensure the efficient processing of commercial, technical and real estate law issues.

Your profile:

• Completed (technical) university degree in real estate management or a comparable field of study or completed vocational training as a real estate agent with additional qualification or equivalent qualification with several years of professional experience in the field of commercial portfolio management
• Comprehensive knowledge of real estate management and strategic portfolio development and management
• Good understanding of legal requirements, in particular real estate and WEG law
• Routine in dealing with IT systems, in particular SAP/BE and Microsoft Office products
